OUR STORY

Carol Westberry, founded The Westberry Group, Inc. in 2003 as a brick and mortar human resources consultancy. As the company grew Carol received many requests for Human Resources products and forms that owners on a budget could customize themselves. To meet that need Carol created HRToolkitsOnline.com™, an online, on-demand resource for HR templates, forms, eBooks and templates.

As business expanded and technology progressed Carol knew she need expert technical assistance and 2014 Carol hired Elizabeth as a Chief Technical Consultant for The Westberry Group, Inc.

With Elizabeth’s technical assistance in 2016 Carol began work on her passion project, The Brilliant Leader Program. The purpose of this project was to combine Carol’s love of human resources management, the principles of the Color Code Personality Assessment developed by Dr. Taylor Hartman, and her passion for leadership training into one comprehensive program. In 2017 with Elizabeth’s technical wizardry, Carol was able to achieve her dream of an online, self-paced leadership training program. Through the Brilliant Leader Program Carol and Elizabeth have been able to reach and inspire people from all walks of life into to become amazing leaders they were always meant to be.

As a launchpad for The Brilliant Leader Program in March of 2017, Elizabeth brought all of Carol’s companies, projects, and passions together to create the PSSworks! website as a one-stop hub to show case the myriad of services offered by the companies.

So why call it PSSworks!? While the business name PSSworks! was originally Elizabeth’s brainchild, we both came to realize that all businesses regardless of size or industry needed three core Human Resources components in order to work. They need People, Systems, and Solutions. From that PSSWorks! was born.

• People trained to lead, to understand basic employments laws, and to communicate effectively..

• Systems and processes to keep their personnel functions organized and within the parameters of the law.

• Solutions and best HR practices to assist managers and owners create an inclusive culture in risk-reduced environment.

From this basic premise The Westberry Group, Inc., HRToolkitsOnline, LLC, and The Brilliant Leader Program has combined forces to give our clients with a one-stop shop with the best HR focused programs, solutions, and products available.
